The Role:

This role is perfectly suited for an ambitious and experienced PHP Web &  Software Developer  with an ability to hit the ground running and progress fast within a small yet expanding team.

To qualify you will need:

• Excellent knowledge of PHP5 & OOP and MySQL5 and its surrounding technologies.
• Code XHTML and CSS to W3C standards, WAG accessibility, cross-platform compatibility and semantic coding would be highly regarded.

• Good knowledge of JavaScript and Jquery.

• Broad all-round interest in programming languages (including mobile platforms).

• A passion for Open Source technologies, active participation in the Open Source Community is very telling (in a positive way).
• Strong knowledge of SEO. 
• Strong knowledge of Hosting enviroments. 
• Examples of work & projects.

The ideal candidate would have:

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent.
At least 2-3 years experience working with web & software development. 

• Knowledge of SEO tool sets and search analytics tools is a big plus.
• Strong understanding of current -and future trends of the web.
• English as a second language is a must have.

Any exposure to Adobe is advantageous as is industry experience (B2B advertising, online marketing, affiliate marketing),  or any direct experience developing scalable web applications.

SEO Lead Strategist.

The Role:



You, the SEO Lead Strategist, will be responsible for providing senior account ownership and strategic oversight as well as assisting in building and managing a team of Search Media Associates and Strategists.

Within this position, you will be providing detailed guidance and support for SEO auditing and assessments, strategic recommendations and implementation efforts whilst providing ongoing maintenance and reporting.

You will establish a standardised approach for establishing appropriate project goals and key performance indicators, whilst providing monthly reports to clients.

 You will be working with the head of production to develop and revise operational practices and processes for the internal team as well as working with other management to identify areas for process improvement and new solutions.

The ideal candidate would have:

Proven track records of succesfull campaigns.

Expansive knowledge of Social Media Marketing tools and management. 

Understanding of basic HTML and dynamic web development.

Strong understanding of current -and future trends of SEO.

English as a second language is a must have.
